Yes, shaping your body is completely possible! You can achieve it without regularly going to the gym or having special equipment. All you need is yourself and the will to change. Everything starts with you.

I’m sure this sounds daunting, or you might be thinking, “What is this woman talking about?” It’s completely understandable to feel that way. However, the more you succumb to such feelings, the longer you delay the process of change. Don’t you want to see yourself in shape?

I’m not just speaking to get you to follow me. I’m an ordinary woman who puts in effort to maintain good physical shape. When we feel good physically, we undoubtedly feel good mentally too. A lot of things happen with greater ease. Believe in this and let’s begin your transformation just as I did.

First, I want you to set a clear goal, and we will follow it together. Our goals should be attainable so we can move forward. I’m not saying it will be easy. There will be challenges because, without them, we cannot reach the next level.

When we work on a specific muscle group, our goals can differ—losing body mass, shaping those muscles, or building muscle mass. What I aim to achieve with my programs is a comprehensive and consistent approach.

Everything I share with you will be applicable in the comfort of your own home. Let me clarify: I’m not against going to the gym; on the contrary, I do attend whenever I can. However, from my perspective as a busy woman engaged in many activities each day, I believe that the way I currently look wouldn’t have been possible without working out at home daily. Let’s be honest—logistics can sometimes be quite complex.

In a home environment, you don’t have to worry about being watched or feeling rushed. This significantly helps us build habits like regular exercise and truly achieve results. We will follow a program that makes it easy for you, alleviating the need to search for new exercises each time. Each day will be clearly outlined and illustrated with photos and videos. Additionally, if you join ABS Women, you will later gain access to all the comprehensive programs.

I know many of you are wondering if you will have to pay for this. The first 30-day program will be free for all who follow me. While this program will not be individualized, it will provide a solid foundation for you to see whether you are satisfied with the results. Every subsequent challenge will come with a minimal subscription fee that will not disrupt your financial stability. Furthermore, the subscription is not mandatory. However, if you choose to subscribe and become an abswomen memebr, I can create an individualized program tailored just for you.

We can hold online meetings and workouts, allowing me to motivate you and correct you if you perform exercises incorrectly. Trust me; I understand how often this happens. It’s common to execute movements incorrectly without someone to guide your form, which can hinder your progress.

My Active Background

Over my 44 years, I have engaged in numerous sports, though never at a professional level. Nevertheless, this hasn’t stopped me from maintaining my appearance. At 21, I underwent surgery and now have titanium implants in my spine. It took me about six months to walk normally again after the surgery. Doctors didn’t believe I could become as active as I once was. They even warned that if I became pregnant, I would need to be very careful and would require a cesarean.

There is Always a Way

Not only did I learn to walk again, but I also took up snowboarding. There are many times I fell, but that never held me back. I became pregnant and continued to work until the eighth month without taking a break. Gave birth naturally, without a cesarean. However, during my pregnancy, I gained 20 kg, which is significant for someone who stands at 1.65 m tall. I didn’t eat more; it just happened hormonally. Yet, I refused to let that define me. After my child was born, I returned to my active lifestyle. Everything I will share with you is based on personal experience—things I’ve tried and know for certain work.

A Mixed Program with Yoga Techniques

My program will be diverse and include various yoga techniques. I firmly believe that yoga offers benefits not just mentally but also physically. It works on all levels and in every direction. However, in ABS Women, we won’t practice traditional yoga. Instead, we will blend exercises to ensure a balanced workload.

What you must promise yourself—and me—is to never skip a day. Start preparing your mindset now, and plan to find 20 minutes a day just for yourself. When you choose to follow the program depends on your schedule. You can work out at any time of day. Personally, I prefer mornings, but when my schedule is packed, I often train at lunch or in the evening. You have the flexibility to plan as you see fit. It’s important not to miss these sessions. Twenty minutes a day is not an overwhelming commitment; you can always find the time! This will be the maximum duration of my workouts.

Of course, I will also offer more rigorous challenges for those who seek them. Your desire to push yourself will naturally grow as you maintain consistent training.

We won’t categorize them as small or large, as every effort deserves recognition. If you have a mat, perfect! It will enhance your comfort, but if you don’t, a carpet will suffice.
